finishing up April

Bennett loves to play with the measuring tape from my sewing kit. And he is learning to roll over.

 

Lincoln has really been enjoying his tinker toys lately. He builds all kinds of cool thing and he is so creative. He built this car, and the big one at the bottom is a "park."

Rice Cereal, football game, deer, misc.

First rice cereal- 04/12/13

 

We get to see deer running in our yard quite often, since we live in the "country" within our town. It's pretty neat. You can see 4 in this picture. I saw up to 7 at one time.

 Virginia Tech has a free spring scrimmage game every year. Derick wasn't able to go, but I took the boys. I couldn't pass up a free game! 04/20/13

April 5-11

I have quite a few pictures from the last few days.

It's hard for me to want to take the boys outside to play in the snow when Derick isn't home because I don't like snow. But on this day, I did it. Lincoln and I went out while Bennett was asleep. We built a snow man, made snow angels and had a snow ball fight. By the afternoon, it warmed up quite a bit. The snow (and snowman) melted, and Lincoln went back out to play in a hoody, shorts, and snow boots. Bennett stayed indoors and kept warm. During his bath, he didn't even try to get this letter off of his face. He just tried to eat it without his hands.
