2 months!

mailbox

We were playing outside, and Lincoln started throwing rocks. This is one of his favorite past times, and we have plenty of them from our gravel driveway. After a few minutes, Lincoln decided that it would be a good idea to put some in the mailbox. I'm not sure why, but he thought he was pretty cool for doing it. I get a kick out of this kid.

Here's what Bennett did:

"soft beds"

Lincoln loves to make "soft beds" for Bennett and himself. It's pretty fun to watch how cute he is when he carefully lays out the blankets. Or, sometimes he just likes to make sure that Bennett is covered up.

Lincoln amazes me sometimes with the things that he comes up with.

In these first two pictures, he had taken some little rubber tires of a model car that someone gave him, and placed them around the hard tires on this truck. He then said that the truck had a flat tire. So cute.

 

I thought the way that he laid out all of these tools so that they fit together was pretty smart of him.

 

Playing soccer with Daddy. Lincoln has some pretty good skills when he pays attention to what he's doing.

Today was my birthday. Here are some pics from today:
1. I taught preschool today. Bradie and Wade (who also has a birthday today!) were the two that came.
2. This is what the weather was today! Crazy!

back to church!

After a long several weeks of having a new baby, and all of us having colds, plus trying to avoid more illnesses that were being passed around, we were able to attend church as a family of 4. Lincoln and Bennett looked so handsome! These clothes were originally intended for Christmas, but we had to wait almost an extra month to use them. It was worth the wait! :0)

This little guy is so handsome. I just melt every time he smiles. And his little goofy faces make me laugh.

quick storm

We had a snow storm yesterday, and the snow fell so quickly! These pictures are after just about two hours of snow, and much more came.

We then got to play in it today. Lincoln had a blast!

brotherly love

Lincoln loves getting close to Bennett, talking to him, and giving him kisses. He's such a good brother.

field trip: fire station

We took another little field trip for our little preschool to the fire station. Lincoln loved it. His only wish was that we could have climbed into more trucks, and stayed in them longer!
