this was a new one

Lincoln generally was REALLY good about transitioning to a big bed. He didn't really have any problems. Every once in a while, he'll get up and we have to go and make him go to bed. A while back (I guess everything I am posting was a while back) Lincoln got up several times when he was supposed to be taking a nap. We told him to go back to bed. A few minutes later, I went upstairs to check on him and see if he needed help to get back in bed. This is what I found:
Dead asleep on the floor. He has never done anything like this before. If I would have moved him, he would have woken up, so I left him. There's nothing wrong with sleeping on the floor every once in a while. Poor little guy. I guess he was just too tired, or he really did need help. Either way, I am glad to know that my son does have some flexibility when it comes to this kind of stuff. I didn't know that before.

I remember when Collin first started doing stuff like that you commented on my blog that you didn't think Lincoln would ever do something like that. Ha it's amazing what they do once they get older and tired. Now Collin can fall asleep anywhere and sleep anywhere. Lincoln will do the same :).
