Spring Break

*Lots of pictures. I should probably take time to put them into a collage or something, but I don't want to. :-)*

Spring Break was almost a month ago, but we had so much fun that this post is better late than never. We stayed home, and Richie, Krystal and Graham came to visit from Pittsburgh! We didn't go and do a ton of stuff...instead, we just enjoyed hanging out together. The boys had fun together, and us adults had fun (mostly playing games) after the boys went to bed :-).

Lincoln and Graham have birthdays just a few days apart, and their big days were only a week earlier, so we celebrated a bit together by going out to eat at Cook Out, our new favorite fast-food (it's so good!) and opening gifts.
Lincoln had this gray and yellow shirt, and we got Graham a matching one for Christmas, so they were finally able to wear them at the same time so that we could take a picture. Ha. Why do we love stuff like that?  We couldn't get both of them to look at the camera (of course).
Graham was able to join Lincoln for his last day of bouncing bears!
We were able to hit up one of our favorite parks (ever!). It has a couple of different playgrounds. One is what you would think of as pretty standard- plastic, slides, swings, etc. The other is made all of wood, and has different platforms, tunnels, tires, swings, seats, etc. I could go on and on about how awesome it is. Pictures and words don't do it justice. It is one of the coolest things. It reminds me of the tree house in Swiss Family Robinson (which I have always wanted) and when Derick first saw it he said it was "like a little village." Lincoln calls it the choo-choo train park because it has a train caboose.
There is a soccer field there also, so we had to take advantage of that. That's Derick for ya!
Don't know what he was telling us, but this picture makes me laugh.
cute Graham
Krystal is due with a baby girl in less than 2 weeks! We can't wait to meet her!
On another day, we took a (long) walk (sorry, Krystal!) to a nearby Duck pond (one of our new favorite places to walk to). Lincoln had fun throwing things into the water. Derick and Richie also had fun throwing a frisbee.
Thanks, guys, for coming to visit! It was a blast! We can't wait until May when we will be able to get together again!

Wow that park is awesome! looks like so much fun. :) Too bad that wood stuff like that doesn't hold up very well in our tough Arizona sun. Can't believe how green everything is back there already!

Oh and here is a little note from Mikayla. She really wants to write something to Lincoln. Here it goes:

Love you guys!
