Wagons and Wheels
Last weekend the town put on a super fun event. I had an appointment to get my hair done (scheduled before I knew about the event...otherwise I would have gone) so Derick got to take Lincoln and they had a blast. They had all kinds of service vehicles for the kids to explore, which was like heaven for Lincoln. He looks so cute sitting on/in all of them. Lincoln also got his face painted (a tractor). They gave each child a hat and a first-aid kit! How cool is that? We are lucky to live in a place that puts on fun events like this.

This looks like such a blast! I hope they do something like this around us. My kids would love it! I wonder when we'll get to see each other again.
So fun. Flagstaff does something like this too. They call it "touch a truck". What little boy doesn't like to "touch a truck". The other day when the kids and I were walking out of Safeway there was a big fire truck in the parking lot. Jaxon got SO EXCITED. So I told him we would walk by it. I didn't realize but the firefighters were walking out right behind us. They ended up letting Jaxon climb all over the truck and sit in it and wear one of the helmets. He was so happy!. Lincoln is adorable. Hope you had a nice mothers day :).
