never a dull moment.

Lincoln has such a fun personality. He makes us laugh daily and is such a joy to have around. He does such funny things and certainly keeps us entertained. One of his achievements lately is singing the ABCs. He even sings the end lines "Now I know my...." It's so cute. He also LOVES to dance. He will ask me daily to turn on some music for him so that he can dance.

Here are just a few pictures I have taken recently.

Wearing his hat that he got at the Wagons and Wheels event. He'll do this randomly, and this time he wanted to wear it while he ate his watermelon.
This kid LOVES watermelon. The amount he eats in one sitting would blow your mind.
Here he is at a BBQ with his friend, Carter.
Sometimes Lincoln and I have a picnic lunch in the living room. I usually set up a blanket and we sit on that. This time, Lincoln decided he wanted a table. He took a package of diapers, set it up on its side, and used that as his table. So clever. Why did I not think of that??? :-)
Oh, and this is the smile we get when we ask him to smile for pictures now. While cheesy, it's cute, and a total improvement for him, considering he never used to let us take pictures.
Lately he loves to line up his cars and trucks, or put them in clusters. There is that smile again.
Lincoln loves to lay down in the bathtub and always says, "That's fun!" or "I'm swimming!"
Derick pulled Lincoln's pants up one night as high as they would go. Urkel style. It was hilarious. These pants are actually getting to be on the smaller side. It looks even better when we do it with bigger ones.
I usually cut up Lincoln's apples, but lately he wants to eat them whole. He says he wants a "big apple" when he wants it whole. This is what they usually look like after he's done with them. Random bites around the entire apple.
Lincoln likes to get some books and "read" them on his bed. Its nice when he'll do it while I get ready. He always looks so cute flipping through them. {I was washing his sheets on this occasion, in case you were wondering why his bed was bare}
He loves Ramen noodles. He'll eat as much as he can with his spork, and then will drink the rest. No joke. He lifts the bowl up to his face and drinks the little remaining noodles and broth. This is what he looked like one day after he was done.
He wants to swing on the "big swings" lately.
My boy and me on Mother's Day.
The card Lincoln made for me in nursery.
Lincoln and I took advantage of free slurpie day at 7-11. To say that he loved it would be an understatement.
Derick has been playing softball lately and Lincoln and I like to go and watch the games. Lincoln and I both love that he gets to run around.
Derick and Lincoln made a small fort one day. Forts are becoming quite the common thing in our house {most of the time they are larger}. Here they are just hanging out together.

Jaxon is doing the same thing with apples right now. I find them half eaten everywhere (sand box, the couch, my car). Oh crazy little boys that we love oh so dearly!
