Mother's Day

My one request for Mother's Day this year was to go on a picnic. Poor Derick wasn't feeling well (had some symptoms and was also beyond exhausted from TechNite), but he still tried really hard to make it a good day for me. Unfortunately, he was feeling too sick to go to church, but he kept Bennett at home and so Lincoln and I went together. After naps, we went to Mountain Lake and had a picnic of fried chicken, potato salad and watermelon. Yum. It was such a beautiful day and it was so nice to be with my three favorite people.
