Arizona trip

Derick's grandmother, Mamie Lambson, passed away on May 27. After finding out the funeral plans, we immediately left for AZ! It was crazy...we booked tickets from Richmond on the morning of the 30th, left that night for Richmond and stayed in a hotel there, and then flew to AZ the next morning. What made the trip even crazier was that we had a beach house booked for the following weekend, so I had to pack for AZ and the beach in just a few hours, when I had originally planned on having another week! It worked out, though, and I'm so glad. Although it wasn't a trip just for fun, it was so good to see all of our family. We stayed the whole time in Prescott to take care of things, and made one day trip to the valley to see my mom and siblings.
Papa and I took the boys to the zoo on Monday while Grammy, Debbie and Derick took care of some legal business.
Grammy's organ is always a favorite.
Swimming/BBQing in the valley at Richie and Krystal's apartment with my fam.
Cousins: Isla, Graham, Ali, Lincoln and Bennett.

Morning snuggles with Grammy. Lincoln was so excited that Garth and Colt were finally there!
Breakfasts on the back porch.
Cuties Kinzie and Bennett.
Derick and Josh built some epic forts.

What to even say about his face in this picture....
Goldwater Lake
Water gun wars
Walk to the park
At the funeral. Derick did a great job speaking.

A last-minute cousin pic before we headed to the airport. We are missing Alaya and Kinzie here.
On the red-eye flight back to VA, Lincoln was able to have his own bench. Derick and I were dying laughing when we looked over and saw Lincoln sound asleep like this.
"Where did my gummy bear go?"
