the rest of June

The beach trip was obviously the highlight of our month of June, but here's the rest of the month:

You know when you have two kids of the same gender, and when the younger one wears one of the outfits that the older one wore, and it totally makes you have a flash back? Well, that happened with Bennett is this little brown romper. I immediately remembered Lincoln wearing it, sitting at our computer with me. So, I tried to recreate the picture. It wasn't very successful, but you can definitely tell that these boys are brothers.
This is Lincoln at 4 months:
Bennett at 6 months:
Lincoln thinks that trying on hats at the store is SO fun, and he thinks he is so funny. And he is.
I went down to our basement one afternoon to see how Lincoln was doing, and found him hiding in this toy box. In his underwear (only), of course. What a silly kid.
Going to the park one afternoon:
Father's Day! June 16, 2013. I love these three.
Rolling around.
And naturally, you have to suck your thumb while stuck under the couch.
At one of Daddy's softball games:

Lincoln thinks it's pretty fun to feed Bennett.
We spent a lot of time at the Whittiers' house across the street over the summer, since we were sharing the garden. One day, she took Lincoln on a little horse ride with one of her nieces. Lincoln wasn't so sure about it.
Starting to grow:
First lollipop. Need I say more?
Lincoln "reading" to Bennett. I love it.
Such a cute picture that Derick took of Lincoln at the Virginia Museum of Transportation. Lincoln loves going here.
Bennett loves to wear Daddy's hats.
Coloring at Daddy's office during one of our lunch visits.
Went to see Ice Age at the movies for their summer $1 days.
Bennett's turn to try out the mower.
The largest head of cabbage I have ever seen in my life. EVER. It's hard to tell in this picture, but it was about the size of 4 regular heads.
