May

Asparagus from our garden at the Whittiers' house! Yummy!
Blowing dandelions and enjoying some warmer weather.
I can't say that Lincoln's first soccer experience was great. It was an experience. He didn't ever really want to be out on the field. I think it was all a little overwhelming. In his defense, also, the weather this spring was cold!
After it rains, our snow disc is always full of water. Lincoln thinks it's fun to play and "swim" in it.
First food-squash! He loved it!
Derick made me some stuffed French toast for Mother's Day. It was delicious!
Bennett and Mia Allen--one week apart. Lincoln wanted to join in too, of course.
Derick's biggest work event of the year--TechNite! It was at the Hotel Roanoke. It was fun to get dressed up and have the night with him (even though he's in charge and is busy for quite a bit of it!). We got a baby sitter (Laura Fowler) to watch the boys at the hotel for us, and then we stayed the night. It was super fun! The next day, we went to the new science museum in Roanoke and enjoyed the day together!

Trying a lemon.
Laying out the black plastic in the garden--the first step!
Lincoln used to not want anything to do with worms, but now he likes them and wants to search for them.
Tuckered out.
Enjoying some watermelon in the little food pouch. These pictures crack me up. He literally sucks every bit of juice out until there is hardly and pulp left inside.
Having fun playing together.
Bennett, Mia and Lexi Parkinson. All within 10 days in November 2012. Some of our friends, the Parkinsons and Callahans, were done with medical school this month. We had a BBQ to say goodbye.
Several of the gals in our ward. Ashley Delimont, Amanda Haderlie, Katherine Allen, me, Tara Irwin, Crystal Parkinson, Amber Lasley, Sharon Judd, Hillary Callahan. I love these girls.
Last play group at the park with some of Lincoln's friends. Catherine Judd, Lincoln, Carter Daley, Kaden Parkinson, Wade Callahan, James Delimont, Hannah Kent, Landon Smith.

Six months! Getting to the stage of eating everything, obviously.
