Festival of Trees

My friend Amber invited me to go to the Festival of Trees in Sandy, benefitting the Primary Children's Medical Center. It was so cool! There were a couple hundred themed/decorated trees, a gingerbread village, beautiful handmade quilts, a gift boutique, performances, etc. Oh, and I can't forget about the absolutely delish fudge that I got.

Anyway, here are some of my favorite trees.

The cookie monster tree. How cute is that?

The Anne of Green Gables tree. LOVE. I have always loved the movies, and I am currently reading the books. The tree was complete with cherry blossoms, a hat, etc. I love AoGG.

The Wizard of Oz tree. Love this one too. On Black Friday I bought the movie and I am excited to watch it. So Classic. If you look closely you can pick out the characters.

The Little Golden Book tree. You know the Little Golden Books, right? Derick and I have collected some for Lincoln. I love them. Also classic. I like this tree because there is stuff popping out everywhere.

Another "popping out" tree. I love the big, bulky decorations on trees. I also like the lime green and blue together on this one. The more "in your face" it is, the more I seem to like it.

I also loved this one. I wish you could see the whole display, but there were more elves and lots of cute decor. I also love this one because of the red and lime green (which are the colors of our Christmas tree). I am pretty sure that Hobby Lobby contributed to this tree. So cute.

When Lincoln started to get grumpy, he got a lollipop. Those things are lifesavers. He is definitely getting some dum-dums in his stocking this year! :-)

Such a fun event! I love Christmas activities.
